We operate from our offices situated in Rochford Essex where the operational, payroll and administrative departments are all based to provide a reliable, flexible and personal service of our client.
Our recruitment team have an extremely in-depth understanding and knowledge of general construction, Network Rail and London Underground infrastructures and their associated regulations and standards, this is due to each member of the OCL team working within the associated sectors for many years.
Therefore you will find all operatives supplied by OCL will have been sourced with every detail of your requirements taken into account and will arrive to your site with the correct PPE, knowledge, experience and certification to carry out your works in a professional manner.
We supply highly skilled white collar and blue collar professionals both internally and externally to all our respected and established clients. This is aided and due to many years of capturing a comprehensive database whist keeping an intrinsic KPI system of all personnel supplied within our systems.
We have successfully supplied the construction, civil, mechanical and electrical sectors for many years, and maintained repeat business partly due to us adamantly refusing to act as a simple body shop supply service, but rather priding ourselves on the quality of labour supplied rather than quantity, therefore allowing sustainable growth.
