OCL Group was contracted to install subsurface platform support foundations and utility diversions. This was to facilitate a new SER / ESR structure.

- Carry out all pre surveys…….. as is
- Excavate and install sub platform foundations
- Breakout existing platform surface
- Install new RC slabs
- Install blockwork walls
- Pre cast pad stones / lintels
- Screed to new ESR/SER rooms
